JAPAN RECRUITMENT
The SEA college of Nursing was priviledged to have the NAVIS team along with the honoured guests from JAPAN who visited our esteemed college on 28th May 2022, to enlighten the students on placement oppurtunities in Japan.
The Navis Human resources Private limited Bangalore is the only Japanese Language Training Center in India approved by JITCO ( Japan International Training Cooperation Organization) and a registered sending organization to recruit people under TITP and SSW program to work in Japan.
TITP (Technical Interim Training Programmed and SSW ( Specified Skilled Worker) is the initiative by the India and Japan government under skill India program to send a powerhouse of the younger generation from India to Japan and acquire the necessary skills and providing employment oppurtunities for foreign nationals in Japan. TITP is governed by (JITCO) Japan International Training Cooperation Organization. Its stated purpose is to provide training, technical skills, and technology experience for workers from developing economics.
The NAVIS Team:
A team of guests from Orange Home Care Center Japan, the main recruiters took keen interest travelling all the way from Japan to our SEA college of Nursing and here is the list of the Japanese team
The GNM, BSc Nursing and MSc Nursing students participated in the Japanese recruitment programme with much enthusiasm which was an eye opener for overseas oppurtunities.
